The Refer a Friend Offer (RAF Offer) is organised by Umbrella Exchange of 24 Athol Street, Douglas, IM1 1JA.

The RAF Offer is open to persons who have recommended a friend or colleague to the company. The reward will then only be available to the original referrer once the newly referred person has gone on to use one of the recommended providers or solutions available through Umbrella Exchange.

The referral bonus given for each successful referral will be up to the value of £500. The bonus value will depend on the referral date and the contract value of your referral friend.

As per the requirements of Umbrella Exchange, contract workers involved in the RAF Offer must be UK based and on a UK contract.

In order for the Referrer to be eligible to receive the bonus payment, the Referred must have a signed agreement with the recommended service provider – this may entail:

A minimum of 3 months billing through a recommended umbrella company

Trading through a limited company for a minimum of 3 months and using the services of a recommended accountant

A live policy/product held with a recommended insurance provider

A mortgage offer being accepted by the newly referred client and their fee being received by the mortgage provider

Umbrella Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the Referrer qualifies for the RAF Offer. The decision of Umbrella Exchange is final.

Only one bonus payment can be claimed by the Referrer per referral.

Referrers are required to provide the following information to Umbrella Exchange to enable the Referrer to be eligible to receive the bonus payment:

Referrer’s full name

Referrer’s email address

Confirmation that Umbrella Exchange is permitted to contact the Referred

Referred‘s full name

Referred’s email address

Referred’s telephone number.

By participating in the RAF Offer, the Referrer and the Referred consent to receiving information from Umbrella Exchange relating to new services and offers available through Umbrella Exchange via email, SMS or phone. The Referrer and the Referred can unsubscribe from all service/offer updates by emailing info@umbrellaexchange.com.

Umbrella Exchange reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the RAF Offer as appropriate.

The RAF Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the RAF Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.

By entering the RAF Offer, the Referrer and the Referred will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
